Vision

We believe that when you give great minds advanced education, they will not only enhance their own lives but, equally important, the lives of many others during their lifetime.

Mission

We see the Fleming Foundation engaging and enhancing the lives of young men and women and helping them advance their educational opportunities so in turn they can move beyond status quo leadership.

Purpose

To enhance the educational opportunities of young men and women who want to move beyond status quo leadership.

Building a Lasting Legacy

The Fleming Family Foundation, established in 2007 in honor of Dean and Jean Fleming, is dedicated to enhancing the educational opportunities for young men and women who aspire to move beyond status quo leadership.

Dean and Jean's legacy of commitment and service continues through the foundation's mission to nurture hearts, minds, and souls. Randy Fleming, an accomplished auctioneer and real estate professional, leads the foundation with a vision to not only enrich the lives of these individuals but also empower them to positively impact many others throughout their lifetime.

From the Auction Block to Building Futures

Randy Fleming, president of the Fleming Family Foundation, proudly continues his father Dean's legacy as a second-generation auctioneer.

The Fleming Family Foundation leverages the principles of auctioneering to successfully raise funds and support ambitious young leaders. By emphasizing collective generosity and community involvement, the Foundation demonstrates the transformative power of coming together for a common cause. This unique blend of auctioneering heritage and philanthropic vision drives the Foundation's mission to empower future generations.

The Ripple Effect of Family Legacy

Building a family legacy connects generations, creating a continuum of wisdom, values, and experiences that enriches each new member of the family. A legacy of education and leadership inspires young individuals to strive for excellence, knowing they are part of something larger than themselves. It instills a sense of responsibility and pride, motivating them to carry forward the principles and aspirations of those who came before them. By fostering a legacy of empowerment and support, families can significantly impact their communities and the world at large. The Fleming Family Foundation celebrates these enduring legacies and encourages all families to build and cherish their unique stories and contributions.
